My word is Courage.

I have been pondering which word is the characteristic I need to have at this time, and I have settled on "COURAGE". Not because I fear walking the mean streets of Clovis, but the courage of Captain Moroni kind. My new life is scary... for years my life was a Jerry Springer episode. Now if it's a mess it is my own fault and frankly it is exciting but frightening at the same time. I wonder what is on the other side of this trial? I wonder will I endure it well? So this year I'm praying for courage to step up to life and face what I need to do with my game face on !! The worst trial so far is taking responsibility for our finances, because for the last 15 years I have just spent money and never worried where it came from, well that has all changed now !! What is really silly about this is in my job I analyze other peoples finances all day long and work with them to resolve their issues. So how is it my own finances scare me so badly?? Oh well no little greenback is going to get the best of me. So that means I only go to Sonic for my diet coke during "Happy Hour" when all drinks are half price !! LOL
