My trip from ....

Okay I need to talk about the trip home today !! I know someone other than I was praying for us to be safe !! I certainly didn't deserve his care !! Okay first when I filled up the Uhaul truck (that took my brother-in-law a whole day to load) at least 2 gallons of gas poured out of the tank under the truck !! Then in Vegas we sat in bumper to bumper traffic for at least an hour!! At the CA border they made me stop and get out of the truck and open the back like a drug dealer !! Then the whole time the truck was making clunking noises along with the temperature gauge kept edging towards hot !! Here is where I know my Father was in charge, outside of Barstow a 15 passenger van just stopped dead in the middle of the freeway right in front of me, I was able to hop lanes but my baby was right behind me !! I had to keep moving but I slowed down waiting for my baby, which was probably only minutes but seemed like hours !! She was safe and no one hit her !! I know that was our Father and I am grateful !! Then we stopped at Barstow to calm down, eat and regroup, but gas was up to $2.49 there. So we waited to buy gas at Kramer's junction. I can't even begin to tell you how maddening it is for men to be rude to you, when you are on your own trying to survive !! First a man went in to use the restroom prior to getting his gas, and I waited 20 minutes for him to come out. But that truck was huge and I was not moving to another spot. Then he comes out and another man wedges his car into the space I would need to reach the gas tank on the back of the truck !! I honked and waved at him but he didn't care and then he went inside and never even looked back !! He was gone another 20 minutes !!! When he came out I am afraid I was not very nice to him, I called him a jerk and told him what I thought of him. To his credit he didn't ever talk back to me. But then he just sat in his car trying to tick me off more, so I got out my cell phone and started taking pictures of him and his liscence plate then he decided to move !!! So I spent a week at the ARCO getting gas !! I am not very proud I didn't keep my cool better !! Then we ran into fog on the pass thru Tehacapei (probably spelled wrong but I don't care lol) and in Tulare trucks were lane hopping in the 2 lanes and people were freaking out and coming to a complete stop in the fast lane, this happened about 5 times !!! But we made it home safe and that is all that really matters !! Thank You Father !!! This was just the ride home, don't even get me started on the time in Utah !! Help me Mr. Wizard !!
