Tonight I went to the movies with Hill. Okay the story was depressing, if true relationships are like they were portrayed in the movie, the human race would become extinct !!! It was just too much work and so much drama !!!! I will say at the end it was a semi-happy ending. Which was better then the last three chick flicks Hill and I have gone to, we were considering swearing off them. But alas hope springs eternal and we could not help going to see just one more !!! Personally when I go to a movie I want a happy ending. I am paying to be entertained, if I want a sad ending I will read the newspaper (which I don't do). So I don't feel totally ripped off tonight but close !!!!! This was my favorite character in the movie !! Gigi...

If you want truly good chick flicks, you need to visit the McKinney collection and listen carefully to my recommendations. :) Speaking of Gigi, I have that movie too...it is pretty fun!
I don't go to the movies anymore. Even the PG-13 ones always have something bad in them. We wait until they come out on video. That way if we watch them and don't like them we don't feel ripped off, and you can turn them off at any time - or just fast forward. Another perk about renting is that we can bring in our own snacks!
We saw New in Town last night...not that great...however I did like it better than David...
Rebecca and I went to see Bride Wars this week (at least I think that is what it was called). Anywhooo, we thought it was pretty funny. I take my daughter to chick flicks cause Tom wouldn't be caught dead at one. I did sucker him into watching Pride and Prejudice once, but I think it was so long (two disk movie) that I used up any good will towards chick flicks he had!!!!!!
I saw bride wars too with Hill and I loved it !! Any time you need a chick flick fix we're available !! LOL
