Today is my birthday...

I look in the mirror and wonder where has the young woman I was gone... it happened so quick, I got old and came to realize the worsening eyesight that comes with old age is a gift from our Father. So when I look real close the lines are blurred and the color is fuzzy and well maybe I'm not too bad... then I think about this flower and how it isn't as beautiful from afar as it is up close, looking for it's beauty on the inside you see how truly beautiful it is. So too, it is with people, if we look at them trying to see their beauty we will find it and if we seek to find the flaw we will find that too. And this year I plan to look only for the good in people and even myself...
