Friday was fun !! We had the Sisters for dinner and Bryce, Brandon and Jenna. I made enchilada's (okay! no one go "again" here) and I even experimented with making Spanish rice with brown rice. I loved it, I think everyone else was a little iffy on the rice !!! Of course the best part of the meal was dessert, I bought it! (go figure). It was an Edward's Hershey chocolate pie which comes frozen. Can I just say YUM !!
But the best part of the day was when later in the evening my niece Jenna said, "Your enchilada's melted in my mouth and you are the best Aunt ever." Can I keep her??? Of course I got a little teary... What great people the Lord has placed in my life !! Lucky Me

I am thinking about becoming a stand-up comedian when I retire, what do you think? Have you seen Mrs. Hughes on U-Tube? But not all of my days are fun, some are less than fun...LOL
