On Saturday we celebrated Mom's 78 birthday. It was the first time we had earthquake cake? It was really good. okay it was cake with a super fault in the middle !! Why I volunteered to bring the cake I don't know !! Ha Mom loved it anyway.

The cake was okay when I left the house with it, I had repaired a little crack on the top with icing. It looked really good until I started driving and as I drove to my mom's it just started cracking in a Y shaped crack!! I will buy the cake next time !! LOL
